Associations' Organizational Documents

The VCU Alumni Association and the MCV Alumni Association are separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations.  

VCU Alumni Association

The VCU Alumni Association was created in 1969.

MCV Alumni Association

The Society of Alumni of the Medical College of Virginia was organized March 29, 1889. The MCV Alumni Association was reorganized and incorporated in 1943. The association's name was changed to the MCV Alumni Association of Virginia Commonwealth University in 1979.
