Alumni travel

The VCU Alumni Association is proud to offer international alumni trips through partnerships with Alumni Holidays International (AHI Travel), Thomas P. Gohagan & Company and GoNext Travel.  Your alumni association has reviewed a variety of travel program providers and selected three high-quality companies to provide specially selected international trips. 

Each trip offers first-class accommodations, experienced and knowledgeable tour guides and a pay-one-price that includes most typical expenses including gratuities, in many cases. During every trip, you will have the opportunity to select options and have free time to do your own exploring away from the group. 

Travel is one of the best ways to enrich your mind and your life experience. We hope you will take advantage of these outstanding travel opportunities.

Travel insurance

The VCU Alumni Association strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance when traveling internationally. Your trip is a major investment. Travel insurance will protect that investment. Insurance covers interruptions or delays, medical expenses, evacuation, 24-hour assistance and baggage loss. You must sign up for travel insurance immediately upon booking your trip. Once you have booked your trip, the alumni association will send you a form to complete and return with your travel insurance payment within the required timeframe. Learn more about travel insurance.

Travelogue

Come see the travel lineup for 2011.  Representatives from AHI, Gohagen and GoNext will bring slide presentations and can answer questions.  There will be 19 trips available for 2011. 

If you are on the prospective travelers' list, you will receive an invitation.
