Student Recruitment

In partnership with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, we are recruiting alumni to assist with various college fairs throughout Virginia and in other states.  VCU alumni make excellent representatives at these events because you can speak from personal experiences.  You graduated and are a success story.  Students and parents want to hear from you.

How can alumni help at fairs?

At each of the fairs on the Virginia Tour, alumni will assist the VCU Admissions Counselors at the VCU table.  You will help by distributing information to prospective students and answering general questions.  There will be a staff person assigned to these college fairs in order to answer the more specific questions that you may not be able to explain.

For the out-of-state college fairs, you will be sent a box of materials along with a table banner.  You will be serving as the VCU representative at the event.  We will provide you with up to date information so you can answer questions and hand out information about VCU to prospective students.
