VCUAA Scholarships

Among its goals, the VCU Alumni Association strives to help current students, through scholarships, mentoring and networking opportunities, among other things.

The association has established a variety of scholarship endowments to work toward accomplishing that goal.

• The Alumni Merit Scholarship Endowment was developed with $500,000 in pledges and a $500,000 gift and is available to freshmen students who meet admissions criteria for presidential, provost or deans scholarships.  Selection of scholars is made on the basis of merit in the areas of academic achievement, artistic talent (when applicable), leadership and community service.  For information, visit the undergraduate admissions web site at:   Scholarships.

  
  

• The VCUAA supports the Alumni Association Honors Scholarship Endowment.  For more information, please visit the Honors College web site.

  
  

• The VCUAA has begun a legacy scholarship, which is available to freshmen whose parents, grandparents or legal guardians are active members of the Alumni Association. This one time grant is for $1,000. An application form may be found at application.
